Application Form: Application Form and Prospectus can be obtained from the Director, Directorate of Distance Education, Kuvempu University, Shankaraghatta – 577 451, either by post or in person or at the Approved Student Counseling Centres on payment of the required fees.

Students can also download the application forms from the website www.kuvempuuniversitydde.org and submit along with relevant documents. Also a fee of Rs. 150/- towards application to be added to the course fee and the full fee to be paid through challan/ demand draft.

(For candidates submitting their applications through Student Counseling Centre only): The candidates can collect the application and prospectus from the Student Counseling Centres by paying the prescribed fee.

The admission confirmation, Registration card duly signed by the Director and course materials will be issued by the Directorate of Distance Education directly/ through study centre.

Application Form Submission: Duly filled Application for admission registration should be submitted to

along with the necessary certificates, on or before the due date.

The candidates should send their Application for Registration by Registered Post with Acknowledge Due/Speed Post.

Important Dates

Last Date for receipt of filled in applications along with the prescribed fees

• without late fee is : 31-10-2012,
• with late fee of Rs. 100/- : 30-11-2012 and
• with late fee of Rs. 300/- is : 31-12-2012.
