Pay Band: PB2 (9300- 34800) + Grade Pay 3200
Qualification for both posts: Graduate in Commerce of a University established by law in India OR CA/ICWA OR MBA (Finance)
Selection Procedure: Written competitive examinations shall be conducted separately for the posts of Accountant and Jr. Accountant. Such exam will however be common for all the 5 Power Sector Companies. For each exam. there shall be one question paper consisting of 2 parts-
Part-A-“Accounting, Auditing and taxation”
Part-B-“General English and General Awareness”.
The standard and the syllabus of the exam for Part-A shall be of Graduation Degree level and that of Part-B shall be a Secondary School Level.
